3. Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone at (475) 465-5086 or through our online booking system. We provide appointment windows and will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled timeframe.

Access to Property

You must provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring service. This includes ensuring pets are secured and the work area is accessible.

Cancellation

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service Fees

Our pricing includes a diagnostic fee for the technician visit and assessment. This fee is applied toward the repair cost if you proceed with the recommended repair.

Estimates

After diagnosis, we provide an estimate for the repair. You have the right to approve or decline the repair before work begins. If you decline, only the diagnostic fee applies.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.

5. Warranties

Service Warranty

We warrant our repair work for a specified period from the date of service. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will return to address it at no additional labor cost.

Parts Warranty

Parts installed during repair carry their own manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by part and manufacturer.

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, or modifications made after our service. Warranty is void if the appliance is serviced by another party after our repair.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedford Sub-Zero Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Independent Service Provider

We are an independent appliance repair service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, or any appliance manufacturer. All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. We are not an authorized service provider for any manufacturer. We provide repair services using quality replacement parts compatible with these brands.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your appliance and the issue
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians
  • Make timely payment for services rendered
  • Follow any care instructions provided after service

9. Safety

Our technicians follow safety protocols during all service calls. In certain situations (gas leaks, electrical hazards), we may need to discontinue service and recommend you contact the appropriate utility provider or emergency services.

11. Dispute Resolution
